Specific recommendations for diet and 4 blood groups:

When you start the process of weight gain, type AB is influenced by a mixture of genes A and B blood types. Sometimes this creates special problems.

For example: you have lowered gastric acidity (sign type A), together with the usual type of adaptation to the meat. Therefore, while you partially programmed to consume meat (type B – omnivorous), you do not have enough acidity for efficient digestion of meat, which leads to excessive deposition of fat.

For weight loss to reduce the consumption of meat and increase consumption of vegetables and tofu (an excellent source of protein for types A and B). The same problem with beans, buckwheat, corn, and sesame seeds. For Type A is great food, but the genes involved in type leads to the fact that these products reduce the production of insulin, which leads to a slower metabolism. Type AB should avoid buckwheat, beans and corn. The type AB is not such a strong reaction to glyutein wheat, as in types 0 and B.

However, for weight reduction should be avoided wheat.
